The offline/online application is for admission to programmes offered in Shri Ram Paramedical College. The instructions in the Application Form are self-explanatory. Duly filled in application form, will be allowed submission only along with following:

✔️Passport Size Photograph: The dimensions of the photograph should be 3.5 x 4.5cm width. Scanned photograph should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp format for online submission.

✔️Scanned Class X mark sheet should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp, pdf format for offline/online submission.

✔️A valid personal e-mail id and contact number.

✔️Application fees of Rs. 1100/- using Debit / Credit card / Wallets / Netbanking.

✔️Details regarding payment of fees at the time of admission, and date and time for commencement of the academic session will be mentioned in the admission letter.

✔️Offer of admission will be valid only for the specific program opted by the candidate as well as for the same academic session.

✔️Admission is given provisionally as specified in the offer letter. The offer of admission will automatically stand cancelled if the conditions are not fulfilled by the stipulated time.

✔️Failure to pay the fee within the specified date or report for classes after payment of fee will entail cancellation of admission.

Important Information

✔️Application Form Fee is Non-Refundable.

✔️Email ID submitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondences until enrolment is completed. Change in Email ID will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.

✔️Application Form will not get submitted in the absence of the required documents.

✔️Kindly note that merely submission of an application form does not constitute a claim for an interaction/Personal Interview for the selection procedure or admission to the program. The form may be rejected due to discrepancy in the supporting documents, or any other valid reason.
